Maintain anonymity by keeping both private and company email addresses from public knowledge.
When posting an advertisement in a local newspaper or on a "job finder type" website, you must provide an email address, phone number or have responses sent to the provider for later pick-up.
With the NEEAS system, Clients will be assigned an email account (YourName@neeas.com) for the duration of the posting. A link will be provided for client or designee to access this account. All correspondence, applications, resumes and other information from potential employees will be directed to this account. This will provide the anonymity and privacy of email addresses.
Clients email boxes are very large and do not have the numerous restrictions many service providers or company network administrators impose. Potential employees will be able to upload information for viewing without any problems.
Clients can both send and receive email using this account (YourName@neeas.com) while providing an extra layer of protection in seeking a new employee.
The client simply logs-in with username and password provided by NEEAS.
